Contest

1. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for this contest ("WIN YOUR LACQUERED CHERRY WOOD KITCHEN VALUED UP TO $75,000"):

1.1 An individual must:

  • 1.1.1 Be the owner of the residence.
  • 1.1.2 Be a legal resident of Quebec.
  • 1.1.3 Be 25 years of age or older.
  • 1.1.4 A visit from a kitchen designer is required for the kitchen plan preparation.

1.2 Employees, representatives, and agents of Armoires PMM Inc., as well as their related companies, parties involved in the development, production, and distribution of contest materials, and members of their household or immediate family, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family" refers to spouse, partner, mother, father, brother, sister, son, or daughter, whether residing in the same household or not.

1.3 The Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of identity or eligibility from the participant at any time to allow participation in the contest. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in disqualification.

1.4 All information provided to the Sponsor within this Contest must be truthful, accurate, and complete. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who provides false, inaccurate, or incomplete information on the participation form or in any communication with the Sponsor.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on September 8, 2023, at 9:00 AM (the "Contest Opening Date") and ends on December 15, 2023, at 10:00 PM (the "Contest Closing Date"). The period between the Contest Opening Date and the Contest Closing Date is the "Contest Period."

3. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST

  • 3.1 No purchase is required to enter the draw.
  • 3.2 The Participant must complete the online entry form, providing their full name, phone number, and email ("Entry Form"). To submit the Entry Form, the Participant must declare having read and accepted the terms by checking the corresponding box. A representative from Armoires PMM Inc. will contact you to schedule an appointment to create your kitchen plan, deliver the 3D plan, and validate the entry form.
  • 3.3 A Participant may only submit one (1) Entry Form during the entire Contest Period. Only one (1) email address may be used per Participant.
  • 3.4 The use of any automated system to submit an Entry Form is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The Entry Form must be submitted by the Participant personally, and no proxy submissions are allowed; otherwise, the Participant will be disqualified.
  • 3.5 In the event of a dispute regarding an Entry Form, it will be considered submitted by the authorized account holder associated with the email address provided at the time of entry.

4. WINNER SELECTION

  • 4.1 One finalist ("Finalist") will be selected by random draw from all valid Entry Forms received by the Contest Closing Date. There will be one grand prize draw. The odds of being selected depend on the total number of valid Entry Forms received by the Contest Closing Date.
  • 4.2 The Grand Prize winner will be announced on our Facebook page on December 23, 2023, at 5:00 PM and will be contacted by phone using the contact information provided on their Entry Form. If the Sponsor or its representatives are unable to reach the Finalist within 10 days, or if the Finalist does not return the call within this timeframe, the Finalist will be disqualified, and a second Finalist will be selected.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

  • 5.1 One Grand Prize will be awarded in this contest.
  • 5.2 The prize includes the custom fabrication of kitchen and bathroom cabinets in lacquered cherry wood, including quartz countertops.
  • 5.3 The Prize value is up to a maximum of $75,000.
  • 5.4 Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • 6.1 Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
  • 6.2 No correspondence regarding the contest will be entered into, except with Finalists and Winners.

7. PARTICIPANT INDEMNIFICATION

  • 7.1 By entering the Contest, each Participant agrees to release the Sponsor and its administrators, officers, employees, parent companies, partners, suppliers, sponsors, and agents from any injury, loss, or damage of any kind.

8. CONDUCT

  • 8.1 By entering this Contest, Participants agree to be bound by these rules, available on the Contest Website during the Contest Period.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • 9.1 The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdirected Entry Forms, notices, responses, or emails, or any technical defects.

10. RELEASE/PRIVACY/USE OF PARTICIPANT INFORMATION

  • 10.1 By entering the Contest, a Participant consents to the Sponsor's use of personal information for contest administration and prize awarding.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property and promotional material, web pages, and source codes are the property of the Sponsor or its affiliates. All rights reserved.

12. LAWS

This is the official Contest regulation. This Contest is subject to federal, provincial, and municipal laws.

13. CANADIAN RESIDENT

Any dispute regarding the conduct or organization of this Contest may be submitted to the Régie.

14. WINNER LIST

The Winner's name will be posted on the Contest Website within thirty (30) days of the Contest Closing Date and will remain posted.
